The College has five campuses: the main Farmington Campus on College Blvd; the 30th Street Campus, in Farmington; the Hutton Street Center in Farmington; San Juan College East in Aztec; and San Juan College West, in Kirtland, New Mexico.

San Juan College's central hub for classes, labs, student and academic support services, admissions, and registration. Main campus houses the Library, Health and Human Performance Center, Student Housing, Henderson Fine Arts Center, Connie Gotsch Theatre, Child and Family Development Center, Mary's Kitchen and much more. Guided tours of main campus are available. Surrounding the campus are hiking and biking trails as well as a disc golf course.

The center houses the ACE Center (adult basic education and high school equivalency preparation), the College’s Board Room and Board work session space, the online Veterinary Technician program, Workforce Development, Community Learning Center, Encore, ENLACE, Marketing and Public Relations, Institutional Research, New Mexico Highland University Farmington Center, University of New Mexico San Juan Center and NM Workforce Solutions Farmington operations.

The 800 South Hutton Street Complex is home to the Fire Science program, one of the premier fire training programs in Northwest New Mexico, and the Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program. The fire training tower is located on-site, and the CDL vehicle fleet.

The Harvest Food Hub & Kitchen is an aggregator and online marketplace of locally grown and produced food.  Farmers benefit from the marketing, selling and delivering of their produce and prepared foods. Buyers acquire fresh, healthy, locally grown and produced food through the marketplace or the retail store. Classes and training opportunities are available, as well as support and resources for food entrepreneurs.
